Dorje Rabten Hetherington Explore Mindfulness and Meditation
Rooted in Dharma, open to all beings.

Rooted in Dharma, open to all beings.

Welcome to your journey toward a lifelong meditation habit. I offer one‑on‑one meditation sessions—online or in person—designed to help you stay consistent, motivated, and supported.
Whether you prefer to meet once a week, every two weeks, or every day, we’ll create a schedule that fits your life and keeps you on track.
Many people want to meditate regularly but struggle to do it alone. Having someone to meet with, someone who shows up with you, makes all the difference. Together, we build momentum until meditation becomes second nature. It’s often said that practicing something daily for 21 days can create a habit that lasts a lifetime.
Let’s build that habit together. A new Habit for Life.
I’m so glad to have you here. My services are always offered completely free of charge. When we get together to explore mindfulness and meditation and turn it into a lasting habit, there’s no cost to you.
If you find value in what we do together and wish to support my journey, you're welcome to offer DANA. DANA is a voluntary offering that helps sponsor my practice—covering travel, accommodation, food, and all related expenses so that I can continue this work full time. It’s completely optional; think of it as a gesture if you feel inspired to give.

Meditate on this:
Planning without attachment doesn't mean abandoning hope; it's about practicing non-attachment to outcomes. Focus on the journey, the actions you can take, and the values you uphold. Find joy in the process and remain open to various outcomes. It's a balance between intention and acceptance.
24/7 Wisdom and Compassion in Every Breath

2025 - 2035: Impermanence in Code
I write this as one who has crossed the threshold. The path of Vajrayana has revealed its swift and luminous nature, and I now abide in the natural state—vast, clear, and inseparable from all appearances. Yet realization is not retreat. It is a vow to remain, to serve, to connect.
October 12th, 2025, begins a new ten-year cycle. The outer world is transforming rapidly, and I enter this decade with a focused intention: to study the architecture of connection through information technology. In this field, I see reflections of the dharma—subtle, interdependent, and boundless.
Our personal cell phones are no longer isolated tools. They are radiant nodes in a global mandala. A message sent from my device flows through Wi-Fi, transitions into cellular networks, and ascends to satellites—seamlessly, without interruption. This is not merely technical. It is symbolic of the awakened mind: unobstructed, responsive, and present in all realms.
As I move through space, my personal node remains connected. This continuity mirrors the Four Immeasurables—loving-kindness, compassion, joy, and equanimity—flowing without boundary. My practice centres on Chenrezig, the embodiment of compassion, whose gaze embraces all beings. Just as the signal transitions between networks, so too does awareness shift between states and traditions, always returning to the heart of bodhicitta.
Spiritual Vow:
I vow to use every node of connection—digital and spiritual—to benefit beings. May each transmission carry the essence of compassion. May each signal be a mantra. May the network itself become a mandala of awakening.
Tech Aspiration:
Over the next decade, I will study the architecture of seamless connectivity. I will explore how personal nodes can harmonize with planetary systems, and how quantum protocols may one day reflect the spontaneous wisdom of enlightened mind. I will build bridges between code and compassion, circuitry and clarity.
Seal:
OM MANI PADME HUM
May this mantra resound through every transmission. May Chenrezig’s compassion flow through every node. May the Four Immeasurables become the operating system of this world.
